Originally I was going to do 28 miles this week to build back up to a 30 standard. About 1/2 way I realized I should have taken a low week as part of an increase on two and back on the third. I ended up sort of in the middle. I probably should have done a lot less. My knees ache a bit, it took my upper quads days to recover from the Wapack trail last Saturday. I was pretty not inspired for body-weight exercises either..anyway...
