week 18

This weeks stats:

Elliptical: 7.3 mi
Run: 2.5 mi
Walk: 5 mi
Strength: 1.5 hrs

Funny thing getting an injury when you've used all your years of experience (decades) to be so very careful to not do stupid things. My calf had been doing better - well I never had a calf tear before and the little running, walking and elliptical seemed to be OK.

I tried a real run on Sunday and my calf cramped up at 35 minutes - which lead to a few days of limping around again. So worked out, walked, and did the elliptical the rest of the week. So essentially only ran for 2.5 miles.
