Run: 16 mi
Walk: 3 mi
Body-exercise: 3 times
The runs were so hard all week, even though I was running slowly. I just felt beat all the time and tired, legs were filled with lead. Thursday's run wasn't as bad as Monday and Tuesday's, so I thought today would be OK. I ended up waking up with a migraine - on the first sunny day in days...and slept for 3 extra hours and lost the whole day. I ended up doing a short 3 mile run because I just wanted to. I was supposed to do 20 this week so I could be "doing" 20 per week regularly...oh well
